360° Process Sustanability
Balsamo® works to make the entire supply chain increasingly sustainable through careful analysis and development of every process. Since 2025, we have been an organization with a greenhouse gas emissions inventory verified according to the ISO 14064-1:2019 standard.
The #balsamocares Forest
Since 2020 we have partnered with Treedom® and we have created our #BalsamoCares Forest. We have planted 900 trees in Ecuador, Colombia, Haiti, Kenya, Madagascar, Tanzania, Nepal and more.
By planting trees we can contribute to absorb CO2 emissions but not only: it is a project in favor of local communities, as regards food security, economic development and environmental protection. Together we contribute to 12 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, set by the United Nations.
